    Filter by area, budget, bedrooms and type, or try Smart Home Match. Check the true move-in cost and neighbourhood info for every home.

  2. View

    Book an in-person or virtual viewing. See whether the agent is Faxton-verified, and use the safety tools when you visit.

  3. Offer

    Apply, or make an offer and negotiate with the owner or agent in the app. Every step stays on record.

  4. Move in

    Pay by bank transfer, upload your proof of payment and get a receipt. After approval, My Home keeps your lease, reminders and repairs in one place.

    New accounts confirm their email address before they can use the app.

    One tap to call 112, alert your trusted contact, tell the Faxton team or report the agent.

  • Fingerprint app lock

    Open the app with your fingerprint, face or phone screen lock, so nobody else can.

  • Report and block

    Report scams, fake listings or abuse. The person isn’t told it was you. Block anyone from calling you.

When does Faxton Rentals launch?

We’re launching in Lagos first. We haven’t announced a date yet. Join the waitlist and we’ll email you when it opens.

Is Faxton free for renters?

Yes. Searching, chatting, booking viewings and making offers cost renters nothing. See the Billing page for how rent payments work.

Which devices can I use it on?

Android, iPhone (add it to your Home Screen from Safari), Windows, Mac and Linux, or any modern web browser. Use the download section above to pick your device.

What happens to my email address?

We use it only to tell you about the launch, and to reply if you write to us. This website runs no ads and no tracking. Read our Privacy Policy.

I’m an agent, agency or home owner. Can I list homes?

Yes, once we launch. Agents and agencies are verified by the Faxton team first, and listings are reviewed before they go live. Choose your role when you join the waitlist.

How do I pay rent?

You pay the owner or agent directly, usually by bank transfer, then upload your proof of payment in the app. Faxton doesn’t collect card details. Read how payments work.
